The room lighting can be changed from a bright white to any solid color or a multitude of color changing
settings to suit your mood or color scheme
Media and Sound Equipment
Sound equipment comes with ballroom rental, includes speakers, mixer, mics, and stands. Watch shows or display a slide show on our 65 inch Hi Def TV with HDMI, Bluetooth and Smart Stream available for your presentation or entertainment needs.
4.4 kW Altec Lighting Sound System
Speakers, subwoofers, mixer, dual wireless mics, and stands are included in your rental! Connect with 3.5 mm audio jack, USB, SD Card, Bluetooth, and RCA. Enjoy our state of the art sound system with optional dynamic, multi color light show that will create a subtle mood or pump up the fun for a party! The lighting can flash and change colors to the beat of the music, glow or pulse in a single color, or turn completely off. It is up to you!

Full Kitchen
The Chateau features a kitchen with a full sink, standard oven and stove, full fridge/freezer, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hot water dispenser, and utensils. We stock the freezer with frozen water bottles to fill coolers as well.
Covered Deck and Westward Sunset Vista
A covered outdoor deck, seating in the beautiful woods, BBQ, and a fire pit with wood are available for
your enjoyment.

Event Insurance: Required by some vendors and strongly recommended for all events. Must be obtained separately.
