About Us
Eric purchased the property in 2017. Since then, he has worked diligently to turn this property into something truly special. The Chateau Ballroom is home to a 1200 sqft dance floor surrounded by a serene acre of woods.
The Chateau Ballroom is open to people of all genders, races, and sexual orientations. We provide a welcoming environment and do not allow discrimination or bigotry in this space.

Guest Capacity
The Chateau Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Parking
Part of the boutique experience and charm of The Chateau Ballroom is preserving the natural splendor that surrounds us. As such we have twenty parking spots available. The less parking you take up the more space there is to enjoy the vista and the beauty of the forest.
Food and Beverage
The Chateau features a kitchen with a full sink, standard oven and stove, full fridge/freezer, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hot water dispenser, and utensils. We stock the freezer with frozen water bottles to fill coolers as well.
The Chateau does not provide in house catering. You are welcome to partner with a catering company for your upcoming event or bring your own food and beverages.
You are required to have an OLCC server to provide alcohol to your guests.
