- Sound equipment comes with ballroom rental: includes speakers, subwoofer, mixer, mics, and stands. Has 3.5 mm audio jack.
- Sprung bamboo floor.

Parking
Parking limited to 25 cars without prior coordination of at least 2 weeks notice. Valet required, or pay our valet $15/ hour to park people in. Parking across the street is dangerous due to the blind corner and hill. Do not block neighbors driveways, although there is some parking in the neighborhood.
Barbur Park & Ride is 2 miles from the venue, it’s an easy place to park and carpool or taxi.
